Founder and Sr. Partner in the firm of ACT Finance Inc, Manoj Basak CA (Int.) MBA, CFC, a public accounting and consulting firm, located in Toronto, Ontario.

 

Manoj Basak entered the public accounting profession in 2001 in Canada. He was a senior auditor in a large international CA firm for over 4 years. Mr. Basak’s experience also includes 8 years in the private industry as a Chief Financial Officer for a successful mid-size corporation. By blending his experience in public accounting and private industry, Mr. Basak understands the concerns and needs of small business owners and individuals in regards to accounting & taxation services.

 

Mr. Basak also Member of  E-File Association of Canada, Canadian Bookkeeper Association CBA, Certified Quick book Pro-advisor and Tax Instructor, North American College & Canadian All Care College.

Mr. Omer  have a great experience during working with various multination companies as supervisor / manager level. He graduated from canadian college in Computerized Accounting. He is specilist in Quickbooks and Cantax software. He entered in ACT Finance Inc. as a working partner since 2005.

Gupesh Chandra Saha, ACA, an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He was auditor in a large international affiliated  CA firm over 4 years.Mr. Saha's experience includes 12 years in private sector as Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary in a successful mid-size corporation. Vast audit and accounting experience in public and private sector, Mr. Saha entered in ACT Finance Inc. as working partner since 2008.
 
Md Abdul Quddeus, B. Comm. (Honours), CA (Inter), MBA
Md Abdul Quddeus worked as a senior auditor in a large internationally affiliated CA firm over four years. Mr. Abdul’s experience also includes 10 years in private industry as General Manager (Accounting & Finance) in a successful large corporation. He had working experience in various small and medium sized organizations in regards to setting up accounting systems, bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and assurance services. He also worked as a ‘Tax Professional’ at H&R Block Canada, Inc. for two tax seasons. Mr. Abdul joined ACT Finance Inc. as a ‘Working Partner’ since 2010.
